Returns and Refunds Policy

At Deterrajaras, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it by following the conditions explained below.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without needing to justify your decision. To exercise this right, simply notify us unequivocally (by email, indicating your order number) within this period.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging.
  • It must retain all labels, seals, and accessories included in the purchase.
  • You must include proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Personal hygiene or care products that have been unsealed (toothbrushes, nail clippers, bath mitts), for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or tailor-made products (e.g., harnesses with engraving or personalized patches).

How to Request a Return

  1. Write to us at criaderodeterrajaras@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm the address to which you should send the product: [return address].
  3. Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or we have made an error in the shipment, in which case we will cover them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the product and packaging, and we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost. Additionally, all our products come with a 3-year legal conformity guarantee.
